ABOUT BUCON INFRASTRUCTURE

M/s. BUCON Engineers & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. are a Civil/Mechanical Engineering contractor and builders’ group of companies.

Late Shri Babulal Ladhani & Shri Hansraj Hirani, the founders of “Babulal Uttamchand & Co.” ventured into construction and Infrastructure in 1964. Since then, there has been no looking back. The now reformed, ‘BUCON’ Group employs over 200 people pan India.

Over the years, the BUCON group has diversified into various avenues within the civil infrastructure space: Bridges, Roads, Water & Sewer Drainage works, Gas Pipelines, Office & Repairs.

OUR MANAGEMENT



Mr. Vijay Ladhani

With over 30 years of experience in Administration & Finance. He is the CEO of the BUCON. He is also experienced in construction, particularly in MDPE & carbon steel pipe laying for natural gas. His core strengths are clearing the hurdles in project initiation and looking after statutory and regulatory requirements.



Mr. Sanjay Ladhani

He is a full time Director in the organization. He has over 40 years of rich experience in the administration and execution of Civil Engineering Projects. He has also been the guiding force for the highly motivated team at BUCON on corporate strategy and planning. An able business leader and motivator, Mr. Sanjay is steering the organization towards newer frontiers of growth and success.



Mr. Alpesh Hirani

He is the director of projects in the company, who handles the civil works department. His forte lies in, building teams & procuring lucrative contracts for the organization. His experience of over 20 years has led him to strive for bigger and greater opportunities for BUCON.



Mr. Tejpal K. Madhani

Mr. Tejpal Madhani has over 24 years of experience in the accounts & finance management of BUCON. He handles the accounting department and is the Chief Accountant of BUCON. He handles the finance and achieves all the financial targets of the company.
